Cleaning scope guide
neatTO 50-Point Sparkle Checklist
Choose a cleaning level and see exactly what is included before requesting a quote. Scope controls the checklist. Condition controls the effort estimate.

Each scope should translate into clear rooms, surfaces, and finish expectations.

Kitchens and bathrooms carry most of the visible value in a home cleaning quote.

Empty units make missed edges, floors, and cabinet areas easier to notice.
Client privacy matters. Real job photos are published only with permission.
