• Final pricing may change after review of condition, priorities, access constraints, and scope.
• We may request photos or a short call for large, complex, or heavy-condition requests.
• WhatsApp or AI-assisted chat estimates remain preliminary until confirmed by our team.

• You are responsible for providing accurate address, parking, concierge, buzzer, and entry instructions.
• If access is unavailable at the scheduled time, additional fees or rescheduling may apply.
• A suggested time or internal hold is not a final booking until Neatto confirms it.

• Secure valuables, sensitive items, and pets before service begins.
• Tell us about hazards, fragile surfaces, building restrictions, or product sensitivities in advance.
• Provide accurate information about the property and requested work.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Detailix, operating as Neatto, is not liable for indirect damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may use automated or AI-assisted tools to help answer WhatsApp messages, provide planning ranges, suggest available times, and collect booking details. These tools support our team but do not replace final human confirmation for bookings, pricing changes, or unusual conditions.
