These Terms govern your use of the neatTO website and your submission of quote requests. By using our website or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.
1. Quotes & Estimates
- Estimator ranges are non-binding estimates based on the information you provide.
- Final pricing may change based on on-site condition, priorities, access constraints, and scope.
- We may request photos or a brief call for large homes or heavy-condition requests.
- WhatsApp or AI-assisted chat estimates are preliminary and do not become final pricing until confirmed by our team.
2. Scheduling & Access
- You are responsible for providing accurate address and access instructions (buzzer, concierge, parking).
- If access is not available at the scheduled time, additional fees or rescheduling may apply.
- When a chat assistant offers a time, it may create an internal hold. The booking is not final until we confirm it.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Please secure valuables, sensitive items, and pets before service begins.
- We follow reasonable safety practices; you agree to inform us of hazards (mold, biohazards, etc.).
4. Cancellations
Cancellation rules may depend on the service type and timing. See Cancellation & Refund Policy (if available).
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neatTO will not be liable for indirect damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
7. Automated Communications
We may use automated or AI-assisted tools to help answer WhatsApp messages, estimate service ranges, suggest available times, and collect booking details. These tools support our team but do not replace final human confirmation for bookings, pricing changes, or unusual service conditions.
